Your weight will fluctuate all throughout the day based on the liquid and food you consume, as well as what you expel as waste. You will also have very minor weight changes based on things like sweating, breathing, etc. Why are you weighing yourself so often?

Yes one's weight fluctuates over the course of the day. You eat and drink and visit the bathroom so observations like the ones you described only reflect how things were at that specific time. Try not to put yourself under unnecessary pressure. Try weighing once a week at the same time of day. Many weigh first thing in the morning. Try not to expect too much too soon. Every day you achieve your calorific allowance is one day closer to your being where you wish to be.

A consistent first thing in the morning, after bathroom, is best. Even better, do that every day and go by the 7-day average, so you aren't potentially misled by the noise of one day in the week having you up or down more than expected and that happens to be the day you measure.

Pick a time of the day that you weigh if you want to weigh daily. Don’t weigh 3-4 times a day. You aren’t going to lose or gain fat that fast and you’re weight will fluctuate all day long.

You don’t even have to weigh in daily if you don’t want to (it would drive me nuts so I weigh once a week on Saturday morning before breakfast).
