    I agree with most of it, but to me, #5 is kind of iffy. Drinking water helps with my weight loss, but only because I stay away from liquid calories. Water, black coffee, and an occasional glass of orange juice, or wine, is all I drink. I just prefer the satisfaction of chewing my calories.
