Hi everyone,

Just bought my kitchen scale, measuring tape and on day 3 of my 'abs diet' by David Zinczenko, 6 meals a day, 3 big meals 3 snacks. I have always been a hungry person, I used to eat and drink whatever I want but this year I am 29 and even though I have a boyish figure shirts are starting not to fit and I am a fine line between a health weight and obesity.

I have been weight training for the past year and I also do HIT which I am trying to build up atm.

I am a bit of a foodie so I like to eat well, use herbs, spices and make nice food to keep me satiated.
