Hi! I’m a 30+ man who is overweight and desperately trying to lose it ready for my wedding in 2022.
I’m the type of person who rises to a challenge, (I know a lot of you girls and guys are the same) and thought it would be great to set some fitness challenges for beginners to get us active and losing weight during November.
Each day there will be a new challenge with three tiers, bronze, silver and gold.
Start at bronze and depending on your fitness work your way to gold each day! Let’s get behind each other and hold each other accountable.

Bronze: 60 minute walk (or two 30 minutes)
Silver: 25 body weight squats
Gold: 25 crunches0
