My first goal is to get to 128! (10 lbs)
Target longterm goal is between 120 and 125...

17 Nov: 138.2 (no change! Maybe tomorrow! I didn't sleep well last night, and I find that makes a real difference.)
18 Nov: 137.5 It is lower, and I will gladly take it.

I fell off the wagon in fine style on Thursday and ate about 5,000 kcal with no exercise. ☹️
Having said that I avoided alcohol and got back on board the wagon yesterday. Goal still in sight.

If I hit my November goal weight, I will not longer be in the "Obese" category for BMI, but rather just the "Overweight" category.
Don't weigh myself everyday.

To be honest it was long overdue. I have lived a very lazy lifestyle since I moved to the middle east several years ago.
My main motivation is to be active enough to play with my 18 month old daughter.

21 Nov: 136.2 It's working! Staying focused and logging the food.
23 Nov: 134.7 Very busy and active day yesterday (Sunday) and my husband and I didn't even think about food until 4:00 p.m. -- at which point we said, why don't we just wait until dinner (we usually have a Sunday "brunch" and dinner) so we made big salad and baked some salmon (white wine, lemon, pepper, bake for 12 mins. at 450) and wine, and I'm loving the weight loss! Even had a couple of scoops of strawberry ice cream around 8 p.m....2 -
