Overweight Aussie Dad

Hi everyone ✌️

I just finished reading 'This is not a Diet Book' by James Smith and found it extremely empowering. If you haven't read it and you are trying to loose weight, I highly recommend it. One of the key ideas is energy deficit for weight loss so naturally I made my way to myfitnesspal!

I'm a father of two girls, I work long hours and I am currently studying. I have had a busy lifestyle for a long time and it has taken it's toll on my body. I've been overweight for years now and it's killing my self confidence, so I'm working to fix that.

Keen to hear from any other busy Dads out there working to loose some weight and look after themselves 🏋️‍♀️
