This is for those yo yo dieters, by dieters I mean just keeping a track of what you consume.

This may help those that lose, go away, gain and come back again (like me!)

The aim is to lose 4kg by end of November -will re check in if I made it on 1 Dec 2020.

We have head back into lock down in my part of the world so hoping this will help me refocus on my health, food intake and fitness.
