    If there were some people who knew survival type stuff, and I don't hate you, building a community in "the near north" (Canada) may be super cool. Near North is like north, but not that far north, but remote af and filled with rocky outcrops of the Canadian shield and forest. Big foot def lives there. But my thought process, there is a lot of nice, viable land - seems wasted.
