Another cramp remedy

From my days as a high school football and strength coach in hot hot Florida, yellow mustard!

Turmeric is a natural muscle relaxant
Vinegar has:
Sodium
Magnesium
Potassium

It works.

After leg days I take 2 tbsp before Bed, boom no cramps. If you have them it takes 3-4 minutes to work.

    So how do you manage to digest and absorb this stuff in 3-4 minutes? That's faster than digestion works, faster than any pain killer.

    Well, it's worth a try. I like mustard and there aren't many calories. :# (But 2 tablespoons is a lot of mustard.)
