Starting over

I recently lost my daughter, and my whole life turned up side down overnight. I’ve now got just over 100 pounds to take off, which I’ve struggled with for years, but is now affecting my health significantly. I could really use some support and encouragement, as I’m still feeling quite lost and confused most of the time. Thank you in advance, Ruth

Hi @RuthWhiteWolfBear, firstly i'm very sorry to hear about your loss. Secondly, take it one day at a time. My mum started tracking what she ate and she is averaging about a 2lb a week weight-loss; and she has a lot more to lose than you do. You can do it!!0
