I dance for 3 hours

Actaully i m 167 lbs female with 5'2 height,i do mild dancing in my dance classes ...for 3-4 hours....what should be my post dance meal or snack...i also want to do weight loss...

    You can eat whatever you want and whenever you need to eat. Fat loss is created by being in a caloric deficit.
