Hi everyone, thought i share this delicious weekend snack meal.
Some might seen this one before. If not enjoy!

Anabolic oreo McClure
47G protein powder (vanilla/or Cinnamon toast)
85G Plain Greek Yougart
65G unsweetened almond milk
5G sweetener
8G oreo pudding udding mix
3G xantham gum
40G Oreo Ceral
Some Ice

Steps:

1. Put everything in a blender. Except 20 gram of oreo ceral, if you want topping.
2. Mix it for some few minutes.
3. Grab a bowl or something to add the m flurry in
4. Put some oreo topping
5. Enjoy!

433 kcals
5g fat
45g protein
52g carbs

    Options
    I do something similar - no yogurt/milk(I use cold brew)/pudding or cereal though. Just p powder/sweetener/cocoa powder and espresso powder (If I'm craving a mocha 'thing'). This is super low calories depending how much p powder you use.

    I'm sure the one you posted tastes super good!
