Hello ! My name is Crystal and I’m currently counting my calories (CICO). Diets have always failed me . CICO works so much better !! Let me know if you want to be friends for motivation

I'm doing the same thing. CICO deficit seems to be the only proven method.3

Welcome, good for you! I agree diets don't work for me either. They are restictive, and by being called a diet in my mind there is an end point where I can return to "normal." For me nothing is off limits but I eat between 1200-1400 calories per day. It helps me to know that I can eat a food if I really want it helps me. I want unhealthy foods less and less often. I am losing weight on my terms.1
