Gastric bypass

Anyone has a bypass or sleeve , and can’t log in there food intake at the end of the day , as it’s so little to start with

You don't have to click on that "Complete This Entry." It will not affect anything, other than giving you that little "In five weeks," thing or tell you you're under-eating. Your day will still be recorded and your Reports will work just fine.

I had a sleeve 6 years ago. Just don't close it. MFP still works really good at tracking calories. If you are a new to the surgery then you will not be able to get a lot of calories in anyway which will help with the weight loss. I lost 200lb my first year without even trying. However if you don't learn healthy habits for eating then you will gain the weight. I gained some of it back but caught myself before I got all the way back. I have been working at it for the last year with tracking and exercise and I am lower than I was at my lowest post surgery.5
