i dont know if it is allowed to ask about commercial thing
anyway i bought canned sardine for it is omega 3
it is written on it
it is genetically modified sardine
it was delicious but this is not the point
and here it is information after i scan it is barcode
can size 90 gm
was this good type
do you think it contain omega 3 ?
should i buy fresh sardine instead

The info seems wrong:
- total fats is lower than adding up the individual types of fat
- 12g transfats seems very wrong
- 0 grams unsaturated fats in sardines hardly seems possible either4 -
Check the barcode against the package.3

12 g of trans fats and 7 g of saturated fat doesn't sound like any sardine I've seen, and I eat a lot of sardines. I suggest you read the package carefully and see what you've really got there. That doesn't sound like a natural sardine packed in a healthy oil like olive oil.
My sardines are half the fat, less sodium, and less calories than what you're eating, and have zero trans fats.
