Need feedback PLEASE

Hello all, I need help appropriate portion sizes for all meals and exercise amounts to be balanced and healthy. I have had a variety of issues with with food/exercise behaviours in past and have looked at too much information to know what is healthy. I am 49 and 5'5. Thank you for your time and support.

    Otherwise, enter your stats into mfp, set an appropriate daily activity level and an appropriate rate of loss. MFP will give you a calorie goal. Use a food scale to weigh out foods accurately and start tracking your calories.
