Trying to get back on the train. Goal for the week is to make two healthy choices a day. I tend to be very all or nothing so I'm doing a slow warm up to January to keep things healthy and take the pressure off. Ate Vegetables and fruit today which is sadly an accomplishment for me at this point. Also walked slow for an hour while jamming to music.
