Don't let set backs stop your goal

I'm in my 50's and have yoyo dieted for 25 years. Well no more. I hit 92 kilos and something just clicked in my brain. I joined My pal around about the 85 kilo mark. I now weigh 72 kilos and am just 3 kilos from my goal. I have the occasional fat day, we all do. There is no secret diet, eat less, especially fats and exercise more. Just start slowly until your body gets use to the lower calories. If you start too strong too fast, you'll get hungry and temptations are everywhere. Just do it for yourself.
