Here again!

Good morning. Not new to MFP or weight loss... but I am sort of treating this as a MFP "do over". I reached my highest weight this year (F, 49 yo) and was really not happy. Quarantine stress weight, all that stuff. Anyway, I started Noom on 7/31/2020 and managed to lose 18 lbs in 3 months - and I proud of my progress, with a ways to go (about 60 lbs to goal :o ).

I was getting a lot out of Noom for a while, and of course I paid for 6 months, but I do really like the MFP dashboard and diary so much better. I am currently enjoying the premium trial as well. I will do both programs simultaneously, but I will use this diary more consistently.
