I need Support!

Hi, I’m a divorced mom of 3 in her 50’s. For about 10 years after my divorce, I sat around on the couch depressed, eating ice cream and watching Netflix. Then about a year ago I said “to hell with this!” And got online and started meeting men. This has definitely improved my outlook.
But recently I had my heart broken, and I think it was partially because of my weight. I’m pretty darn overweight. I need to lose probably 80 pounds. Maybe 100.
Meanwhile, I’m parenting 3 teens, and trying to find a new job. Often, with all the stuff I have to do, weight loss gets pushed to the back burner. But I really need to exercise and (somehow) just consistently refrain from baking chocolate chip cookies and eating them. I need inspiration! And accountability! Anyone wanna be my diet buddy?

Ma'am, you really have a lot of things to deal with! I don't know how you focus on health. What is a diet buddy, btw?

Good luck with your initiative! Be persistent that's all I can say - all others factors vary from person to person but if you are persistent you will see results.0
