First day joining in. Interested to hear if this program can really help track what you are doing, eating and wellbeing. I have put on some weight during this Pandemic. More so due to remote working and not moving a lot like before. I still eat very healthy and pay attention (I think) to what I am eating. I am sure recording everything will be an eye opener! Interested to hear best practices and helpful hints to make this another success story.
