Hi, my name is Tiffany. I'll be 33 tomorrow and i'm a mom of four kids. I have Crohns Disease and Anemia and i'm trying to lose weight. I want to lose a lot of weight and need motivation and support. Anybody out there want to be friends and motivate each other?
