A little help?

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this. I made a marinade and put it on steak one night and then a second batch on chicken breasts the following night. I'm not sure how to calculate the macros though. I put it in the recipe maker and I can get that part done, but how do I know how many servings to enter? If I use just one, the numbers are through the roof...lol
Here is the recipe:
Generic - Braggs Liquid Amino Acids- Correct Info, 4 tsp. 0 2 0 0 1,280 0
Kirkland Olive Oil - Extra Virgin, 8 Tbsp 1,000 0 112 0 0 0
Generic - Lemon Juice, Fresh Squeezed, 1 Lemon 12 0 0 4 0 1
Bertolli - Balsalmic Vinegar , 12 Tbsp. 180 0 0 36 60 36
Spices - Basil, dried, 9 tsp, leaves 16 1 0 4 2 0
Bolner's Fiesta Brand - Ground White Pepper, 1 tsp 7 0 0 2 0 0
Spice World - Minced Garlic, 1 tsp (5g) 0 0 0 1 0 0
Add Ingredient
Total: 1,215 3 112 47 1,342 37
Per Serving: 203 1 19 8 224 6
You can see the total is pretty high. The columns are Calories Protein Fat Carbs Sodium Sugar
On the per serving I put in six, the number of chicken breasts I cooked.
Any thoughts on if this an accurate way to judge?
