Hey Gang!
I know this is normal but, just looking for solidarity!
Has anyone ever seen a slight increase on the scale after a few weeks at a deficit?
its really discouraging! in all my years starting back logging this is the first it's happened to me!
- drinking enough water.
- minimum of 7hrs sleep a night.
- taking 5k walks and the occasional hike but, no running or weights.
- accurately logging every single item (not my first rodeo lol).
- not eating at maximum deficit but, eating below maintenance calories every day

Have you always taken 5k Walks or is this something new that you have picked up? Any new exercise that I pick up, it causes a little gain but then it subsides.
A couple of other things that affect me-- that time of the month or constipation. And sometimes overestimating my calorie burns.
You are definitely not alone!0
