I never really liked cardio or doing exercise or going to the gym. But with the second lockdown I decided to go to the place in the woods I used to go to when I was a kid . I found myself going there everyday even though it was really uphill and walking for more than 2 hours and I didn't even want to leave. I decided to join the couch to 5k program and I discovered I actually loved running outside between trees . I just hated the gym.
This is the secret place I do my cool down.
