Hi! I just got a Lumen device to help figure out why I’m always exhausted and not loosing weight (blood work came back fine). Anyone else using a Lumen here to help figure out the appropriate macros?

    My lumen arrived yesterday and I am doing a soft start to learn the app, so that by Monday I can launch my new effort to lose 53.2 lbs. Thus far I have learned that MFP is much better for logging AND customizing foods...and so I am back to MFP.

    MFP has been instrumental in understanding macros. IF has been instrumental in my improved energy levels. Yet, the weight remains even though I look lighter than I weigh (size 10-12 clothes).
