I’m new to this again and do not remember or maybe I never used the community to ask for help. I, myself, cannot do this alone. I am finding myself eating too many calories in a day and not enough in the next day. I go to an exercise group for 1 hr every now and then. Coming up constantly for excuses for not going. Meanwhile I have all kinds of exercise equipment in my extra bedroom which collects dust. Need help. Any suggestions for me?
