Maximizing Calories

Hi Everyone,
So I am struggling to get to my goal weight a bit and I have put it down to eating 1500 calories a day when I am very active. So new strategy; up my calories to 1700 and maximise what I can eat my going for lower calorie/more filling options. Please can you give me your low calorie go to meal ideas?
I am thinking proteins and lower fat ideas. Thank you

I sound like a broken record but here’s mine:
Grilled chicken breast, deli chicken slices, chicken (brat style in various flavors) sausages, some cuts of pork loin are quite low calorie and grill well, beef jerky, and tofu.
And find that three @Noreenmarie1234 mentioned.
And find her recipe for pumpkin purée with pudding mix on the “obsessed” thread in this same section. It’s low cal, like eating the center of a pumpkin pie, and very filling.
I often make up a frozen chicken fried rice mix (Trader Joe’s has a good one) and supplement it with extra chicken breast, scrambled egg whites and cauliflower rice.1
