Lockdown support buddies

So we’re in lockdown pt.2, gyms are shut but I’m determined to lose the lbs I’ve gained this year. Could use buddies for support/accountability and be able to offer the same. Add me or message if interested 👍🏼

    Hi, I'm in the same boat. Gyms are open for now but limited capacity and you have to wear a mask. How do you do cardio with a mask on??? Prior to March I was in the gym 5 to 6 days a week. I would get up at 4 a.m. and get my workout in before work....then the world came to a screeching halt. I feel awful, completely unhealthy. It seems that once I couldn't go to the gym, my eating habits got worse and worse. I've collected some equipment to workout at home but it's tough to find the motivation. I'm desperate to get back into a healthy routine. A group for support would be awesome.

    Hey jujgi333 have sent a friend request. I know how you feel. I think a group for motivation to stick to home-workouts and diet is what I need too! I’ve developed some bad habits I need to kick, hopefully we can help each other out

    Home workouts can be great! I got enough of gyms in my teens and 20s so I basically do my sports or home based workouts. My sports are on hold because of the virus we shall not name so I joined an online workout program....well not a program it's just workout videos really....it's so much fun!

    I'm also out of the gym, so I use YouTube a lot!
