Daily Tracking - Over 70 lbs overweight, Goal weight 200

So, I hope this is okay here, I didnt know where else I can post this,

But anyway I am hoping having accountability to something else besides myself will help this goal of mine.
I will be posting daily, with what I ate, how many steps I took, and if and what kind of workout I did.

I will weigh in, once a month to avoid staring at the scale like we all tend to do at some point.

What I ate

Breakfast - 2 Eggs, 1 egg white. Small handfull of banana peppers and onions, One piece of wheat toast ~ 307 calories

lunch - 4.0 ounces of grilled chicken breast, hotsauce, handful of almonds, and a banana ~ 205 calories

Dinner - Broccoli, Chicken, cheese casserole (homemade), cantaloupe, green beans ~ 480 calories

Snacks - RX bar and protein shake ~410 calories

Total Calories ~ 1,405


Steps today - 1,4941 at the time of this post

Work out - 30 minutes strength training , 15 minutes on elliptical.
