Hi all
I just had a long Thurs, Fri, Saturday of drinking too many alcoholic beverages and eating junk food or not enough nutrition in general. Feeling super sluggish, bloated, and “off”. Any tips for getting back on track quickly?

Hydrate. Get some light exercise (whatever constitutes light for you). A little sunshine and outdoor air if you can tolerate it (put on sunglasses). Eat normally (according to your plan). Abandon the idea of a quick fix. I'm not even sure how one would get "back on track" more quickly than just returning to one's track immediately. Over correction just puts you off the track on the other side.6

In addition to Lynn's good advice:
This may be just me, or partly psychological, but I find that I have an over-do-y time, it helps me feel better afterward if I make sure to get my veggies/fruits on the high side of normal (variety & volume).
Just hydration, nutrition, movement, and a good night's sleep at next opportunity - move on as normal.7 -
Just resume your regular eating plan?1
