Morning Folks.
Day one for myself (again)
Now or never I'm feeling. Looking to loose 5 stone. Was wondering if there are many people in my predicament and looking for a what's app group to motivate each other.
Thinking, off top of my head a weekly weigh in and a place to chat with good quick and easy futness/ food ideas

I'll join you bud; I am down quite a bit but have big time stalled. I run 5 days a week but my issue is the snacking with the other half. Will add you as a friend then you can message me0

Also, I think a Daily Snapshot of a completed diary might also help to keep everyone on track. I used to send a screenshot of my diary to my coach at 8pm every evening & it really helped0
