my name is katie. I am new here to my fitness pal plan to begin my first day tomorrow to track my progress. in 1996 I weighed my heaviest at 395 pounds.
goal one: reach 235

goal four 220
goal five 215
goal 6 210

goal 8 200
these are my first 8 goals weight wise. I like to do 5 pound intervals to set myself up to succeed.
I am a bible college student and woman's minister I welcome new friends that will support me any group suggestions especially about changing my eating habits, controlling emotional eating etc.
