Hey all,

I hope you’re doing well, keeping safe and being healthy.

I wanted to introduce myself so hopefully I can meet some new people and gain some accountability buddies. My goal is to lose about 100lbs just eating healthier, going for walks and some workouts scattered through the week. I’ve tried to crack this on my own and it usually lasts a while before I start to fizzle off my path so I’m hoping that by putting myself out there it’ll be another source of accountability. Also, yes, Im still working on the internal motivation part of this journey. Anyway, I’ll leave this here.

Oh and ps. I’m not actually an alcoholic...my brand of humour is questionable at times.
