Trying my first challenge

Hello! Thanks for this thoughtful challenge. I’d much rather start this now than Jan 1 with a small goal so great idea. I was comfortable 135 pounds when I started my 2nd year of a Masters degree in 9/2018 and went up to 141 pounds graduated 6/19 maintained the weight and the when covid locked us down this spring I blew up to 152. Obviously so don’t handle stress well and struggle with my hypothyroid. So I’ve been practicing mindfulness and am at 149.5 respectively. 5.5 weeks til NYE so I’m aiming for 5.5 pounds with daily low impact no stress exercise and healthish mindful eating. I live alone so thank you for being a community! Let’s do it!
