Junk Food like Heroin - article

I found this article - whilst googling around my thoughts on food addiction, and trying to learn how to resist it when I need to.

Obviously boils down to will power - but the article has some body knowledge basics that I found scientific, frank and non faddy.

Anyhow, the article maybe useful and motivational.

Having no breakfast - and going hungry for part of the day - is helping me gain confidence that I am able to resist if I really try - something an addiction does not tolerate.

I wonder if some of this mind set is a result of quitting smoking at Christmas - I am not sure.
