costco breaded chicken fillet

Hi does anyone know the cals and fat in a costco breaded chicken fillet they are frozen and you get 12 in a box I am sure there about 139 cals each had a look but cant find anything and chucked the box away.

    Hey Susie,

    I have also tried finding the info on them, but cant. You can call Costco and have them look it up for you.
