OK. Need some help here folks. Thinking about starting up an Intermittent fasting type diet to keep my calories in line. The problem is when I straight up Intermittent fast, I get very light headed and such cause I always have had a lower blood sugar count. So is there a way where I can just drink a protein shake and drink a glass of orange juice during the day or any diet kinda like that. Where maybe during the day I take small liquid bit of calories with sugar to keep me going til my eating time?


I want to state I am ok at keeping my calories around maintenance a lot of the time. but at my current rate i'm only losing about half a lb a week and my schedule sometimes makes it hard to have time to cook for myself and not be able to grab something on the go. I'm hoping one day to have a better schedule/surrounding/more money to fix that but right now this seems like my best option.
