Hello, My name is Eva and I've been a member for longer than I can remember but have kept falling off the wagon since I had my youngest son. I am to the point that I feel so uncomfortable in my own skin and have to take action and focus on my health. I typically struggle most with those exhausting days where I am stuck at home and my kids are fussy all day. I am done blaming this year for holding me back and am hoping to find support on this site.
