NYE Challenge: weigh less on 31 December 2020 than I do on 1 December 2020

Options
This is a short term challenge for me to make sure that I continue on this journey. My aim is to weigh in on 1 December, and then aim to weigh less than that on New Year's Eve - so basically the challenge is DON'T put on weight over Christmas, or rather, lose enough in the first three weeks to cover any seasonal gain. I'm going to weigh in daily just for accountability, and also put a short statement each day.

    12/04 - 327.6 good day yesterday, low calorie intake, so should see a loss on official weigh in day on Sunday

    This is a good short term goal to have! I totally believe you can do it. The only thing is I've heard that weighing in every day can be difficult and make some people obsessive because of the constant fluctuation. You seem to be doing well, I hope you keep going!

    So, I was rubbish at daily weigh ins this month. BUT - I started the month at 328.4, and on the last day of the year I weigh 322.7, so I did better than I had hoped; I lost 5.7lbs this month, so go me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very pleased with this, and to close the challenge :)
