    Excited for this challenge as I should be hitting my goal weight within this time and start focusing on strength, toning,& flexibility. I’ve already started doing yoga, a stretch routine, & a beginner ab challenge this last week. I have to say I haven’t been 120 lbs in 14 years. It may be that I hit that weight and decide that 2-5 lbs less would be more idle. However, I think focusing on toning and adding muscle will help more with ascetics than anything. We shall see what I decide when I get there. It’s all hypothesis though, my body has gone through so much in that time. It is so different than it was 14 years ago. I grew three children in it (and stretched out skin from gaining so much weight, a lot of which was not the fault of baby making) and I have more hips than I ever use to which is nice. I digress. I think I will keep up with this challenge past hitting my goal, so I can keep up with what it does while I maintain and try to gain muscle.
