Removing exercise from the calories remaining

Is there a way to NOT INCLUDE the exercise "credit" under the calories remaining section?

    Don't log your exercise?
But I don't know why you would do that, the way MFP is set up with your activity levels, it is designed so that you aee supposed to eat back your exercise calories (at least some of them until you work out how accurate the estimates are).

MFP is designed for you to eat back those calories. Also, unless you only burn a small amount, I would highly recommend you eat at least some of them back.

Or as above, simply don’t track your exercise, but you do run the risk of under eating if you burn say 600 calories doing some intense, long exercise and don’t track it and don’t eat any of those calories back.

    On premium accounts, yes.

But I'll second the question as to why you'd want to do this. If you're custom setting a calorie goal that already takes your exercise into account (that is, you've calculated your TDEE and you want to use that), then just don't log your exercise. If you're going with MFP's calorie goals, why would you WANT to ignore your exercise calorie burn?

Just log the type of exercise that you did but give yourself only one calorie in your exercise diary instead of what MFP gives you. You can keep track of the actual calories in the comments section so you can eat some.

If you use the TDEE method, exercise is already included in the calculations.

I write my exercise in the notes area so that it isn't figured in to my calories but I can keep track of it. This is what works for me.
