Average night sleep

How much do you average in your nightly sleep? What time do you go to bed and get up? How do you make it a habit to get your 8 hours minimum of sleep? Looking for motivation to increase my nightly sleep by at least 3 more hours 😒...😁. Thank you. Sometimes because it is such a habit, I don't know how to change it and say enough is enough time for bed! 😂 Thanks!

    My goal is to get 7 hours, but I usually get 6. Any time I've managed to successfully get to bed earlier, I've done it in baby steps. So I'd aim to go to bed 15 mins earlier than I currently was, then set an alarm for when I need to get ready for bed. After a week, aim for 15 minutes earlier.

    I'm a night owl, so going to sleep earlier has been a struggle for me since I was a kid. Good luck!
