Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy

I am currently listening to Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy: The Harvard Medical School Guide to Healthy Eating. So far I have found really good explanations of nutrition and biochemistry as well as the epistemological foundations for much of what is shared in this community.

I would like to know if anybody else has read this book and if you had any thoughts.

The book does share this delightful quote from Mark Twain in the nascent days of the wellness industry: "Be careful about reading health books. You may die of a misprint."

I read the book some time ago and really enjoyed it. I don't agree with everything (from other reading), but on the whole I think it's good sensible advice and everything is explained well.
