Any Ruckers Here?

Good Morning!

I am coming back to MFP after a several-year hiatus. Working to get back to my fighting weight and have chosen Rucking (weighted pack hiking) for my cardio workouts.

I tried running but didn't enjoy the experience as much as others apparently do, so I quit. I've also experienced that deep-joint pain after my runs that suggests something's getting torn to shreds, so no thank you. :# I want to be able to enjoy this body as I get older, not hit the finish line all torn to pieces! :D
