Hey all,
If there is anything I have discovered in life, it is that real transformation happens when I get outside of myself to support others

I believe we are all here to lose weight for many different reasons. To me, these reasons also serve as the motivations for us to keep going.
Maintaining a healthy life helps us to:
- Increase confidence
- Think more clearly
- Become more attractive
- Live longer lives
- Feel more alive

Our unhealthy habits on the other hand I believe are usually symptoms of stronger underlying negative forces that we must overcome to keep thriving. These forces can be things like feeling lonely or being overwhelmed by family, friends or financial responsibilities. That tub of ice cream I am sure sounds like a great escape hatch when dealing with times like these. (At least its better than drugs?)

Some people thrive on diet and exercise and thrive on it even stronger when having to cope with the difficulties of life, for others its like we have to drag ourselves along with every step.

I find myself currently dragging myself along with my journey. Though this is because I have been working on doing it all by myself!
There is a lot of power in community that helps us to keep going, to go from dragging ourselves every step to enjoying the process and thriving.

I am a 29 year old male in San Diego California who wants to end the endless cycle of yo-yo'ing and get to a place of making the fundamental psychological changes needed to create healthy life habits.

I find myself going to unhealthy eating as a way to soothe my emotions when really what I know I need is the right group of people to be with to keep the mood up.

Who here wants to buddy up and have regular check-in's to support each other in reaching our goals and lift each other up when we are feeling low.

If you're interested let me know and lets put in the work to kick @$$ together.

For anybody who wants to partner with me I am willing to commit to:
- Weekly check-in on ZOOM or over the phone where we go over what worked and did not work each week. Then create steps for the following week while finally acknowledging each other before the closing of each session.
- Being available during all waking hours to talk you through any moments of weakness
- Boosting your confidence by listening to you as a powerful person, not ever allowing you to slip into victim mentality.
