Keto-Too Much Protein

I can handle the carb ratio of under 10% but my 70% fat is always low and my 20% protein is always to high. Any ideas on how to cut back on protein and increase the fat grams? Is to much protein create a negative on Ketosis?

I answered this in the other thread you posted in, but basically, this is unnecessary unless you need to be doing therapeutic keto (eg for epilepsy). If you're just doing keto for weight loss, forget the percentages most keto calculators spit out. It's a myth that perfectly normal protein intakes will prevent ketosis, and that your fat intake needs to be sky high.
My macros for yesterday:
Carbs: 50g net, 16% (slightly higher than normal, I'm usually 40-45g net)
Fat: 67g, 49%
Protein: 106g, 35%
I am in ketosis.
As I said in my other response, it's the low carbs that matter, and even then most people can eat higher that the 20-25g net pushed by many keto sites. It's just that that low level is pretty much guaranteed to get anyone into ketosis.1 -
Thank you. Everybody talks about needing to increase the protein. I have had no issues with needing protein.
Thanks
