Staying started

I fell of the weight loss wagon and now I'm running to jump back on before I go back to where I was. Starting tomorrow I am going walking in the evening and getting back on track with food awareness. But because tomorrow never seems to come I started today to get back on track by getting the leftovers and junk food out of my house.
