    Congratulations! I'm just one week in, so it's nice to see a fellow traveler seeing positive changes so soon. Right now everything feels like a slog. As soon as I can see something real it will be exciting.

    Great results after a relatively short time. What does your workout routine look like?

    Also recently got started. My focus is purely weightloss currently but I'm hoping to see toning as well.

    Thanks...well, currently gyms are closed where I am, so I am only doing some treadmill work and ice skating. I was lifting 3 days a week before but mostly just focused on diet and keeping under my calorie number. I basically set my level as sedentary and eat back my workout calories. I'm also doing a loose intermittent fast where my meal of the day is usually lunch. Good luck with your progress....im 42 days in now. With fat loss comes the toning!

    Based on my limited experience and what I've heard from others here...
    at about 5% of your original weight lost, you'll see (and maybe feel) a difference;
    at about 10% of your original weight lost, close friends and family may notice;
    at 20% lost, many people will see the difference.
    Of course your mileage will vary depending on exercise, starting point, etc.
