9.3 lbs my 1st week!!! WHAT??? Heck YEAH!!

Thanks everyone for the awesome support... Totally freaking out that I lost 9.3 my 1st week. And this ain't my 1st rodeo - I'm aware it won't be like this with every weigh in, so no downers! LOL
No magic secrets, no special planning of meals. I just kept lots of veggies (radishes, cucumbers, bell peppers) washed and ready for snacking. Speaking of "snacks".... our diaries only have 1 snack input section .... SOOOO I revised mine.. and I have "morning snack" "afternoon snack" and "evening snack". I'm a visual person, need to see it all broken down.
Also making sure I get in my workouts. While I am extremely overweight (need to lose 100+)... I have no problem busting out 60-90 minutes on the Elliptical (crazy right!!!) I'm blessed to have a home gym. It's moving from the sofa to the workout room that's been the problem. While I do have Directv hooked up in the workout room.... I'm going to tell you when on the Elliptical or Treadmill the absolutely BEST THING EVER IS.... Ipad...Headphones...Youtube...volume at 10!!!! I have made workout favorite folders on Youtube. I watch music videos.. Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Michael and Janet Jackson. The other day I watched a whole live concert - Collective Soul... 1 hr 29 minutes on the Elliptical BOOM!!!! Sorry Country Music Fans.... it's just too slow to work out for the most part.... lol
**If you're in the market for a Elliptical... I have the Freemotion Total Body Toning Elliptical.. It's bad *kitten*! It inclines and declines +20 ramp incline and -10 on the decline. I'd never seen one like this before... ran about $1400.00 WORTH IT.... all the bells and whistles....
NOW.... I don't know how many HOCKEY FANS we have out there on MFP.... But if you know ANYTHING about the attitude in the locker room regarding "WINS" it's like this..... (especially during playoffs) "A win is great, we're proud, we worked hard for it - but that's not our goal, the coach always says "Enjoy it.... Celebrate for 15 minutes or so and then put it behind you, your work is not done, start focusing on THE NEXT WIN. Play each game like it's the most important game of your life!!!"
OKAY.... so for me.... I lost 9.3 this week.... I'm happy, I'm proud of myself, (I've bragged on facebook hehe), Now I'm letting it go. I'm focusing on the next week, on today! See...... Get it!!!!
